... and when they stopped for lunch, took off across the island and left him there, unpaid. He had to get the sail boat back to the bay alone, and had an accident getting the ropes twisted trying to manage sails and steering himself. We couldn’t believe people would do such a thing, but it sounds like they were very scared and irrational.

... It also has a few up-market resorts and restaurants. We decided to catch the long bus route back to Jelsa that went into some little villages that we hadn't seen. About 5 minutes into the trip, I started to think that maybe we should have just caught the express. With some perseverance we discover Macrovega, a nice little veg restaurant. Naomi has a smile on her face.

We weren't sure what it was but we've since looked it up. It was pretty much a bird with a moths tongue and tail. The wings beat reeeeaaallly fast and it's huge for a moth but teeny for a bird. We spent the afternoon lounging in the ...

... bed and ventured upstairs, I found we were rafted up in a quiet bay. We were supposed to be mooring in Hvar marina, but apparently there was no room because the marina was too small for all the yachts on the Red Route. But we had other yachts around us, and after I forced down a seasickness tablet and Gee and I swam over to sit on solid ground for a while, I started to come good. By dinner time I could face some food, and Gee and I cooked up fajitas with chicken and rice ...
