... group on Mikes bikes - we used our own! We started in the University Square where Mate Mike gave us a rundown of the tour and started his chat.


Next stop,was the Food Markets that we had spotted earlier. Mike gave it the thumbs up for traditional sandwiches. We were opposite Israel Plaza where the rock presented to Denmark in recognition of their help in saving 8000 Jews from the Nazi's in 1943 by smuggling ...

... hostel. Most of the people I spent my evenings with (bar the first and last night where I talked to people I met in the downstairs
bar/dining area), were people I had met on the these tours. The guides are very knowledgeable, entertaining and have a wealth of knowledge about the best places to eat, what tourist sights are actually like and coming up with suggestions of what to do in the city which you may have been unaware of.

... how did they do it ?? Internally it was not very exciting , very much a Lutheran church with few adornments.very much a tourist magnet though for the reasons aforementioned. Collected a few souvenirs then hotel, shuttle to airport and on-time flight to Stockholm. We talked about Danish culture, how it's not polite to talk well of yourself (to prop yourself up higher than those around you), and this led to a discussion of the worst, or embarrassing things that everyone had done.
