Last night we slept with the light on. There's something really strange about this place, we both kept waking up hearing strange noises, I'm really in edge so every time Matty moved it made me jump! I'm glad to be getting out of the hotel today. Had to be up and out of the hotel ready to be picked up at 6:15. One thingbyounlearn in Thailand is taxi drivers when booked are never on time so the taxi was booked for 6:15 and arrived at 6:45! Once at diving, we had breakfast ...

... we all knew we should've mumbled 'okay' but the shame already glistened in Simon's eyes, and he knew himself he'd made a very bad move. In the evening we went to Haad Rin, the location for all of the full moon parties and to a restaurant called Same Same and had dinner, we played flip cup and ...

... to go in the sea. I ended up somehow losing my shoes. Krystal ended up talking to the lead singer of the band who turned out to be 45 hhahaha. Ciara went for a spanish rendezvous (cheeky) and I ended up telling someone whose name I can't remember my life story. Then I got a 7/11 toastie - the best things ever when you're drunk!

The next morning/day (day 5) we spent most of the time in bed dying. I had to move from the hostel because there was no space and I ...

Day off from diving

A travel blog entry by peterprest on Mar 25, 2014

We didn't dive today and had planned to go to shark bay where you could snorkel with black tipped sharks however Luke didn't manage to get the day off and then me and Tom couldn't be bothered we wandered around Koh Tao, took a few pictures watched many movies and did not very much. Today I really wanted to dive it was so fun so I booked my advanced course and bought a mark fed up with the uncomfortable leaky rent ones. ...
