Finally, after a week of packing, the removal Company arrived to uplift all our belongings. We celebrated with what was left in the fridge, scrambled egg, smoked salmon washed down with a nice bottle of bubbles. Unfortunately all the knives, forks and glasses had been packed so we had to make do with a couple of tea spoons and a pair of plastic beakers!
Our good friends Paul and Denise put us up AND put up with us that night together ...
