... blinding to oncoming traffic and so I decide to stop and adjust it. One thing Honda never got right with this bike is the adjuster for the headlight, what a nightmare it is. Its tucked away behind the fairing and the most awkward area to get ones hand into. Of course as the adjuster has not been turned in years its rather dry and rusty so even getting it to turn was a complete nightmare. Finally however I managed to lower the beam and so no more flashing of lights ...

So we walked around for a while trying to find somewhere that looked nice but not too exy either. We stumbled across a great little place called Temple. It was perfect! Today was a long ride (440km) on the motorway from Podstrana to Opatja near RIJEKA. I woke up to a blue morning sky and was hoping that it would stay that way for the rest of the day. It was time to say good bye to Mrs Mikrut and her daughter Tanja who made me so welcome in their spotless villa.

... 6 miles and dropped anchor in Prklog which was a lovely long inlet totally protected with just one other boat. It felt like we could have been in a Swiss forest some where as there were so many tall pine trees.
