The trade off is we are in a beautiful environment. Very dry air, and hard water. Altitude also affects the temperature water boils at, and how long things take to cook. The first night - the Friday - was great. There was a lot of ‘haven’t-seen-you-in-a-year ’s, a lot of ‘meeting-you-for-the-first-time&# 8217;s, and it was brilliant to get that all out of the way without the pressure of a wedding also.
