      ... below us. It is the largest glacier in France at 7km long and 200m deep... AND WE WENT INSIDE IT!!

      There was a small gondola which took us down closer to the glacier, but we still had to walk down 430 steps to get inside. The steps were built on top of the ice and rock and were quite wobbly at times. Heading down, we could see the marks above us on the rocks showing the height of the glacier in previous years. As ...
