Took the train from Nuremberg to Munich. Encountered a group of refugees. Pretty difficult to get through with all the police that were there as well. I thought we might miss our train!! We didn't miss this connection although it is really full. One more transfer and we will be in ...

We toured the cemetery by St. Peter's church and ...

Started the day travelling to Salzburg. Stopped at an uninteresting place en route thanks to lonely planet. Went to another schloss (palace) and saw the sound of music pavilion. Would have done the dance but it was locked. Drove up gaisberg, a mountain offering stunning views over Salzburg. Found campsite and settled in ready for a day of seeing the sights in Salzburg tomorrow. Oh, we got rained on big time. And thundered on too. Fortunately the tent held ...
