We were invited out with some of the staff on Tuesday night to Laowi Town to a quiz night which was good fun. We then met Silvie, the CP at Munchner Biergarten, the German bar on Wednesday and the Italian restaurant Thursday evenings.

After we left DongQian lake, my host father drove us to this lakeside bike path. We rented three sets of twin bikes and we rode around the beautiful ...

... People honk at us so much because apparently, we're always in the way. I must admit that it is pretty scary crossing the street here and the man who walked me to Alex’s home got a good laugh while watching me run spastically across the street. It's pretty weird how Chinese cities are. On one block you have a completely westernized mall and then on the next you have a narrow alleyway filled with street venders, vespas, and people begging for money. I guess ...
