    ... visited Gallipoli himself only last week, and he told us it is a very worthwhile trip and wished us well. After everyone lined up, we finally left here at 3.17am. We were woken again at 6.15 to leave the train and board a bus for the final two hours into Istanbul as this part of the line has been undergoing a major upgrade and will not be finished until 2015.
