A Little More Tallinn than Bargained For!
... to see some of Oslo after our flight but by the time we got there and then dealt with the closure of their main train station for upgrading we didn't get to our hotel until midnight.
Then for the first time in the trip, the hotel messed up our reservation even though we called to say we were going to be late. They found us rooms, but not on the great side. They made up for it the next day by giving us a premium room overlooking the Opera House and harbor.

Concerning Our Time In Oslo
On the first day, we wanted to see the Peace Museum of the Nobel Prize winners. But we found out that most of Oslo closes down on Monday. We did, however, see the Maritime Museum and the Resistance Museum. The Maritime Museum had all things fishing and boating. I ate a chocolate muffin in the restaurant. We only saw part of the Resistance Museum mainly because we had a lot of trouble finding it, had some bad directions and arrived 30 minutes before closing. Most Oslo Museum ...
The Rotegård Cabin
... the high alpine lakes, do a little fishing and just plain enjoy the company and the views. Gunnulf (Stein's dad) will be our lead as he loves the outdoors and knows the area like the back of his hand.
