    Started the day with a run, this part of town is extremely hilly, kind of a Halifax / San Francisco. Would be excellent training for the Cabot Trail Relay. Exercised and then a swim in the pool. Breakfast was more than enough to keep me going for the day. Spent the morning relaxing, remember, I do not have to do anything if I do not want to.

    ... We're allegedly into Dry Season now, which hopefully means that it will be easier to hang dry our laundry, though Kyle still hangs it in the house. Alice bought Kyle and I a VERY early joint birthday gift that is an air conditioner that plugs in and we fill with tap water and we can roll it from the bedroom to the living room very easily.
