After attempting to charge us extra for ac they must have felt bad and brought the remote up. No English meant some fun charades although am still unaware of some of what she meant. Great Buffett feed at the local hotel, got kicked out after drinking more than our share of beer, I don't think he understood when we said we were nzers. Great star gazing on the beach. A long way out from split was an fun adventure.

... maroons. The wifi was sketchy as so we didn't catch the last 25mins (luckily). The origin losses definitely hurt less half was around the world. Mljet was nice. A nice change of pace...a good spot for people to recharge their batteries and get ready for a massive day/night the next day in Makarska. Mljet had a really nice, really blue, inland Lake. It is crazy really. Every store here has a huge floor ...

... was serpetine (as the sign said aka very windy). Once we reach the top of the mountains we were climbing we enjoyed a pretty tremendous panorama of the south part of the island. We made our way to the sandy beach of Stoncica and then to the rocky beach of Rukavac both completely empty signifying the bustling tourist season was past. Finally, I took Ryan to the beach where I took a quick dip during the ...

... for a while, we dropped our bags and went back to the harbour to meet up with our dwindling crew mates.

Using what little energy we had left, we walked up to the lookout that gave a wonderful view of Split's harbour and city.

On our return from the lookout we took up residence in a sports bar where the pommie boys wanted to watch a soccer game that was due to be on. A couple of people even ordered beers, but ...

... called Exit; followed by more drinks at the Irish Pub. It may not sound like much but the scenery, lots of laughs and great company made it just one of those days I'll never forget! Now more on Lokrum Island which is a 15 minute ferry ride away from Dubrovnik. Lokrum is known as a treasure island because of its rich pine-wood, subtropical vegetation, natural swimming-places and exotic historical heritage and I definitely felt like I had been ...
