After attempting to charge us extra for ac they must have felt bad and brought the remote up. No English meant some fun charades although am still unaware of some of what she meant. Great Buffett feed at the local hotel, got kicked out after drinking more than our share of beer, I don't think he understood when we said we were nzers. Great star gazing on the beach. A long way out from split was an fun adventure.

Ughhh 4.30am, my favourite part of the day, NOT!
But we did make it onto the ferry and are now staying in Hvar town on Hvar for four days.
When we arrived we found a cafe for breakfast, eggs all round, then caught a taxi to our accom.

Continuing on with my leisurely lifestyle on the Mediterranean I just kept finding myself on the coast; going for a run in the morning along the ocean front, sitting in a gorgeous church yard overlooking the ocean with a book and spending some of the afternoon swimming until the stormy weather rolled in - as much as I could before I was moving inland the following day.

In the morning I also walked ...

... know what to do then" with a cheeky grin (indicating that a happy wife is the most important thing). Al liked him straight away.

He pointed us in the direction of the ticket booth for the ferry (which we planned on catching the next day to Hvar) and once we had bought them it was almost time to hit the hay. We managed a bit of people watching along the promenade and were amazed at the amount of young people here. A real contrast to Zagreb and a party-vibe.

... explanation is actually only text quoted directly from the Bible, in Croatian and English, which I thought was really neat. They did a very good job of choosing the texts corresponding with each scene in the door as well, so you never feel like the passage is not enough to understand what's going on. Also - it's free! Might as well.

I don't know what it is about Croatia, but the clothes here are really expensive! Clothes in Spain ...
