    ... crashed! I woke up today, Friday, at 7 because my host dad was taking me to the Milan EXPO. Now since no one knows what the heck that is... I will explain. Every country has their own pavilion where they create a building to go with the topic. The topic this year was Feeding the Planet. Energy for Life.     ... Tim loved the diving boards. We've had many delicious meals thanks to Holly. The other night we went for pizza and Tim ordered what he thought was salami, but turned out to be a salmon pizza ;0) A few more things are the caves that we toured around Porlezza, and then zip line experience yesterday! Quite a rush! Today we are off to a mini vacation to Cinque Terre, Lucca, and Florence. Oh yes- we also took a ferry from Mennagio to Bellagio! ...

    ... up tomatoes, a little olive oil, basil, garlic and salt. Sold! Amy ordered one. Well, that was a bust. It looked and tasted like Chef Boyardee sauce. Oh well, the surroundings were so nice it really didn't matter too much and they brought out her birthday dessert with the hugest candle that seemed more like a firecracker. It was awesome.     ... it did live up to the hype. It was impressive to look at (again like Beyoncé, I mean girl got amaze thighs) with all its exterior painting and sculptures and it delivered the goods inside (stained glass on top of stained glass).     Not an exciting day today just on and off trains! Got a free ride from Bellagio to Milan but got ripped off at lunch in first cafe now at a much nicer one so not really a win. Sad to say goodbye to beautiful Bellagio but hopefully I will return again some day. Heading to Siena so a new adventure ...
