    Day 3 Today is the big day. 24kms from Punga Cove to Portage. So we are up early for yummy breakfast at Ann's lodge. We have muesli stewed fruit and yoghurt plus eggs toast and marmalade. Yum. Carmel decides it's the boat today for her so stays back at the lodge, and will take the boat to meet us at Portage. The three of us head off up the driveway …

As the waves pound the boulders their distinctive veined pattern emerges and eventually the boulders become fragmented. Unfortunately we missed low tide so we couldn`t get to all the boulders but it was still a wonderful sight to see.
