I wanted to go faster as I love the speed on a quad bike and we went on the road for about 400 meters so I got a bit of speed before we got to Cagsawa Ruins. It's nothing spectacular here, just a tower, the history of the place is more interesting. We were finished by 9am so we got a free trike to the shopping mall and decided to kill some time and go to the cinema. We saw Mad Max: Fury Road with Tom Hardy! We ...

Jacqui quickly discovered that her snorkel seemed broken, but was happy to swim along, ...

... a second attempt. We agreed to go out the next morning at 9am. Unfortunately they had spent the night draining the bar and failed to make our Tee time. I asked to be added to another boat and after an hour of waiting I was paired up with a Chinese couple and a couple of British volunteers who had been in Bohol helping to rebuild after the earthquake. We were one of the last boats to head out from the pier. ...

... hour cruise and never saw a whale shark.
The small restaurant next to the harbor beckoned us for lunch, and we tried the local speciality, Bicol Express. A spicy mix of chilis, pork and veggies. Very tasty, and a dish we will have a few more times while we are here. Decided we needed another afternoon of massages after working hard with the whale sharks, and then went out for two other local cultural experiences.
We were invited to go see a ...
