... Weird. But we told him to put the dye on first as it takes to the hair better. I had to show him a few times how to separate the hair as he only put a few foils in and then dyed big chunks of it, it would have looked really stripy otherwise. But it all turned ok! I needed to do something about my non-existent eyebrows so I got the guy to mix up some hair dye and tried that. The first colour was too light and they went ginger so I put a dark brown on and then ...

... see the shark or was this just a ploy to stop us from falling asleep? We will never know. At least this got the adrenaline going and a new found excitement came over us. Rather than climbing back on the main part of the boat they at least let us remain on the jumping off point at the front of the boat. Another long hour passes and it's just us and one other boat still out. Time to head in, the three hours ...

... stares. The betting on each fight lasts longer than the fight itself, and the roosters who lose are eaten shortly thereafter. The fights are over in less than two minutes, and we certainly saw a lot of money changing hands. While we certainly wouldn't go to this event ourselves, and don't condone it as an activity, it is fair to say that we don't treat the chickens that we eat any better than these are treated (and it is reasonable to argue that we treat ...
