    ... waters during spring time and completely freezes over in winter. Some years it's possible to walk from shore to shore across its frozen mass. Our trip from Salzburg was short at only 1.5 hours so we arrived in the early afternoon after a decent sleep in.     ... the boat terminal, we decided to walk to the cable car but it was closed. We had a very late lunch, sitting in the sun on large wood chairs, eating cheese dumpling soup was pleasant. Back to town for a wander, tried the cable car there but it was closed too! But we really enjoyed the charming town.
