... around Kassel, mainly at the Christmas markets which are centred around the Grimm Brother's fairy tales. Really sweet markets with lots of stalls with wood chips on the ground and open fires to stand by. We were able to find a stall that made to order vegan pizza and one that sold vegan pumpkin soup!!! There was also a massive vegan stall with pestos, cakes, pates etc etc!!!! Each time we go somewhere we're surprised to see more and more vegan options!!!

On the way back to Aunty Gisis we saw a lot of fields and wondered when the farmers would HARVEST the corn which they grew to feed the animals during the Winter. As it was our last night we went out to dinner at a German restaurant in the village. The restaurant was large and on the ceiling in between each BEAM there were flowers ...

We went to another village and along the way we saw reindeer. This was the first time I saw deer in nature. In the afternoon we went swimming to the Therm pool which is a pool mostly indoors which is a natural hot salt water pool and is used by many people for health reasons. The pool was divided into 4. The first pool had 12% salt and was 35 degrees, ...
