... he returned from outside and removed the coats. American frat boys stories. The most decedant Eclairs ever.
Then onto a Salsa club with much dancing and knocking people out the way. A very naughty trouble maker.

... distance train ride so that was an interesting experience. I couldn't even figure how to get out of my cabin, much less the train! Eventually I managed though, suitcase, pretzel salad and all. My pretzel salad got a bit soggy during transport but it was okay I suppose, not as good as my moms though. This holiday season is going to be a little bit difficult for me but I'm glad for the fact that I have family and friends nearby still! I love and miss you all!
Luxembourg, Luxembourg torilusk... hike and we took the dogs with us. It was very nice. It was a small cascade and it was very quiet and peaceful there. She said in the summertime it is very crowded. I imagine it would be like the waterfalls in North Carolina in the summer.
We got back home and I started working on uploading pictures. I had 5 days to catch up on. We chatted with Karyn while she prepared a dinner of pasta with broccoli ...
... have a farm with about 30 residential folks and raise cows, chickens, pigs, asparagus and fruits. I had some smoked turkey and fresh made sausages (on the premises) that was very good.
We also attended an open air museum outside of town; a great place to walk around on a warm summer`s day and imagine a Germany long past. I had schnitzel for lunch in the outdoor cafe. We also stopped in the beautiful village of Saarburg, where the ...
... down stairs, banging doors, laughing & yelling. I'm sharing a room with a portly silver-haired man who I presume is one of the teachers - he sighs a lot as if resigned to the noise, then gets up, dresses himself and goes out with a walking stick and a yellow backpack, about 11 at night. I guess he went for a walk in the dark wet forest but I don't find out as somehow or other I fall asleep, notwithstanding the noise. I am now in the Pfalz region of Germany (known as the Palatinate ...
Trier, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany everardt... g herfilega því það voru engin kort eða bækur sjáanlegar til sölu á flugvellinum. GPS tækið lóðsaði okkur út af vellinum og inn á þjóðveg, ég átti von á að við færum yfir Rín og inn á þær slóðir sem ég var búin að vera að skoða á korti en stefnan var tekin með vinstri bakkanum í suður átt. Eftir nokkurn misskilning og aftur misskilning höfðum við ekið einhverja tugi kílómetra og ekki stoppað nema einu sinni við útskot þar sem við gátum reykt og keypt ...
Trier, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany hafrunb... to stay in thank goodness, had lunch, and tried some wine from the Moselle Valley in Germany. afterwords, we saw Trier's giant Dom cathedral and right next door a basilica. Trier was a Roman settlement back in the day and we saw remains of a giant outdoor bathhouse and amphitheater. we actually got to see the amphitheater, go underneath it, and see all the wings and passageways used by the actors and gladiators. it was ...
Trier, Germany bradentaylor84... having a huge fireworks show so we all walked down to check it out. When we got there we had to molest each other just to be able to stick to each other. Normally when the person in front of you is not moving people stop pushing you realizing that you aren't moving because you can't, but not these peeps!! They just push harder! I was like, the smallest person there. I don't know if it is a german thing to be 12 foot tall or what but ...
Trier, Germany dachocochick... small country, all the cartoons on TV and in the newspaper seemed to not have words, just gestures and sound. The weather was kind of grey, the food was good. We discovered Croque Monsieurs (like grilled cheese sandwiches with ham -delish!)
Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, Luxembourg lolly... Casemates - tunnels and chambers dug to further fortify Luxembourg city. Saw Notre Dame church and walked along the park at the bottom of the valley where we found an old church built into the side of the hill. Luxembourg is a beautiful medieval valley.
