Cold Characterless Caceres
... Queen Isabella apparently stayed there but they wouldn't let Colin in when he knocked on the door.!!
After about two hours wandering around we were frozen so went into a wine bar (as you do!) and had a warming glass of Rioja and some bad tapas which decided us we were better off tucked up in our snug little camper where I could make much nicer tapas and we could drink a whole bottle of Rioja or even two while listening to some good music.
