... shops around and a Saks Fifth Avenue department store. It was all a bit fancy for us so we cut back through to Market Street and continued to walk down to the ferry building by the seafront. Well… I’m not sure if we missed something or what but there was nothing on the rest of the street. As for the main shopping downtown area I cannot see how this is it at all. It was extremely underwhelming.

We spent our last day driving around the Napa vineyards, stopping in at all our favourite wineries and finished with an amazing lunch at Auberge du Soleil where we got married.

Alkatraz was fantastic, a 15 mins boat ride to the 'rock', audio tour of prison interior and a ranger led tour where they told fascinating stories of 2 prisoners who escaped and were recaptured.
