... in Palo Alta. Najprej smo si ogledali univerzo Stanford. Zgrajena je v spanskem stilu, z nizkimi zgradbami iz kamna, ki je tipicen za Kalifornijo. Kampus je zelo razsirjen in so zato kolesa zelo priljubljena. Po tem smo zapeljali se mimo Palo Alta, ki je lepo mesto polno trgovin. Alcatraz und Coit Tower
... wurde die erste Jeans erfunden, damals nur für die Arbeiter um ihr Werkzeug verstauen konnten. Es gab dort auch einen Levis Shop, aber die Jeans kosteten alle 80 Dollar und das ist wohl nicht viel günstiger als in Deutschland. Da müssen wir uns wohl noch wo anders nach Jeans umschauen...
