      A great Perth Hotel!

A small, business, boutique hotel I believe they call it. Room small, so glad Danny managed to upgrade us but the bed was ginormous, very clean and bathroom great. The staff on reception were always very helpful and the hotel is in a great position for everything. Within a few mins walking distance to the City, Swan River, bus and train stations as well as Northbridge. Discounted breakfast at Miss Maud's over the road - buffet style and everything you could ever want in a breakfast- bit pricey at €23 but we also took out some fruit and a cake for lunch. Would recommend this hotel.

Sunday morning in summer in the Sparke's lives means "Nippers" at Sorrento Beach from 9am - 11am, so we were up early to see the boys doing their stuff! Ben, Sam and Tom were so cute in their Sorrento Life Saving costumes, and it was really good to watch them going through all of their lifesaving drills and activities on the beach and in the water. They did a great job, as did all of the parents and officials who ran it.Sorrento beach is ...

... t think I should put weird stuff in my body (medicines, vaccines or otherwise) unless absolutely necessary because people don't know 100% how any individuals will cope with them, they all have side effects and I'd rather not put excess strain on my body. Am I anti medicine or vaccines? Absolutely not! But I'm not into an injection free for all and like to have access to information about vaccinations before having them injected into me.

... weekend in general was very fun and relaxing. The lowest part of the weekend would have to be when I fell down the stairs Saturday night. The lights for the exterior stairs of our block unit were out. Naturally the office tied glow sticks to the stairs to make up for the lack of sufficient light at night. Unfortunately glow sticks don’t help too much when the outside is dark and a large basket of laundry is blocking the ...

... the way. Hmm, we shouldn't have bothered with this, it wasn't at all interesting however we can tick it off the list.

Stopping briefly at the Cervantes petrol station was a nice suprise. $1.52 for Deisel, a pleasant chage from the regular $1.80's of late and the $2.00's to $2.50's we were paying in the Kimberley!

Glen was all packed up and ready to go when we got back to the park so we said our farewells and he headed off, probably ...

... It was so busy compared to when we came with Josh. We ate at a seafood restaurant & Mick indulged in very very hot chilli mussels. He was sweating like a pig!! After a relaxing lunch we headed back to camp to begin packing up again! Although there aren't many left now! We hadn't planned on coming down to Perth but as Josh was flying home we had to. It's a lovely city but I think we need to do ...
