... The lake was lovely today. The further out you go the clearer the water it was lovely and warm towards the surface and cool but not cold underneath. It was very easy to swim in no current no waves no salt I reckon given enough time I could swim the whole lake but it would take while I don't think you could rush anything here! The park was fun. ...

... is I got it wrong again! We are not packing up tonight we have one more day here, hurrah! The best thing about this site is it is very easy to relax. No urgency, people pottering around, kids riding their bikes about or jumping off the pontoon into the lake. The day drifts on, its hot in the sun, warm in the shade and cool in the lake but not cold. The water is clear and shallow enough to play in but deeper at the end of the pontoon to jump ...

... clambered into Nigel and made our way to Strobl where we caught a bus to Salzburg. And Today has been Salzburg day. A very nice looking, clean city with some spectacular churches and buildings, and Never ending references to Mozart - well he was born there!!! At the end of the day we left our mark in Salzburg by having our own ...

... buildings and overall ambience make it a very fun and highly walkable city. We return to the very quaint and historic Café Central for our lunch, and once again have the traditional Caffe Melange, and this time we choose beef tartare for our lunch. Both of us were kind of expecting beef carpaccio (don’t ask us why, since we clearly saw “tartare” on the menu), so were surprised when the ground up beef came out, instead of the thinly sliced ...

... rebuilt twice. We went inside and the grandeur of it was overwhelming. The style is different to the other cathedrals with more curves and every inch of the interior decorated. The frescoes were a mixture of paintings and 3D sculptures. There were several tombs in the alcoves which had elaborate paintings and sculptures of skulls and angels. Rather impressive was the fact there were 4 small organs and one massive one at the back. Mozart was baptised here and also played ...
