    ... and plain ol' dingy. Thank good for my puncture repair kit!! All the washing is done and we have another day here. Have to say it's been a real pleasant surprise being in Austria. Although when you try and speak to a fellow camper you feel like they're having a go at you (Dutch / German/ Austrian is such a fierce language) the pace and atmosphere of this place is very slow.     ... BUT great fun day! We went to Salzburg. It is very artistic,beautiful and individual city.     ... reception at the mine, we had to put in big blue coveralls. Then we boarded a little train that must have held some +/- 30 people on 5 or 6 cars. Each car was a long padded bench that the rider straddled and bunched up to each other like a toboggan. The train snaked its way through a narrow tunnel into the large open mine area.
