... but with the wind stronger than the day before and the sky looking rather bleak we were not too fussed. The fact that we had seen little of the island didn't overly play on our minds as we had used the time to relax and plan the next month of our trip in addition I think that we were a bit depleted when it came to caring about ruins, churches and temples.
So it was off to the port where the real Greek adventure began.

... sea water and placed their plates upright in the sand. Dimitri, our captain, explained that the small fish love to swim up and eat the scraps of food. Sure enough, within minutes, hundreds of small fish were swimming right up to the shore line to eat their delicious lunch of food scraps! ... not surprising. Shortly we will be off to dinner.
Dinner was once again excellent. We both picked the identical meal which makes it easier for the blog. Starters of a crab and prawn gateau followed by sirloin steak ( Gill chose steak to please Sarah and help maintain the fish stocks!) in a mushroom & pepper sauce and finished off with Chocolate and Raspberry Crème Brule. All accompanied by a bottle of Grave. ...
