Woke up to some very ****** weather this morning and didn't leave the Valley Hostel until after 2pm. Had an over priced feed at a place in Lauterbrunnen and Straight to the Gondola for the trip up to Murren. What would have been an epic scenic journey was covered in fog and rain the whole trip. only 30 odd mins all up. Arrived in Murren and it was …

They then took a trail to the edge of the cliff, geared up and took off flying...about 30 seconds later they are landing in the meadows below ready to go again...Dar got a couple of pictures of them.

To top the night off, we had a concert from two local guys, one playing the accordion and the other playing the alpine horn! It was wonderful...even did the chicken dance!

Lovin Murren...hope the weather will hold...pray hard!
