... was fantastic so we were able to sit outside and enjoy our sandwiches without discomfort. Our final morning, we awoke at 5am to drive back to Vienna in order to return our rental car and arrive on time for our bus to Ljubljana. After getting on the bus we realized that it also stopped in Graz, right in front of our hostel (so, 4 hours driving wasted). However, you win some you lose some. We are excited to be on our way to Slovenia!

(Lots of people do this - it's ...

... kept asking about how we would review the accommodation on Tripadvisor - so, we have left our review there. Five stars, and a "Highly recommend" - though if the plum juice stain doesn't come out of my best T-shirt, we might downgrade to four stars!

P.P.S. With the exception of the first picture, the photos of Graz included in this blog entry are from our first visit together in April 2010!

Day 5: Thermal Spa/Water Park, Graz

The plan for today was to return the hired moving truck and make our way to a thermal spa/water park. It's open all year round, but in summer more outdoor pools are open and people stay until quite late in the night.

On the car ride there, I got to see more of Austria's beautiful landscapes, but Andi would simply say, "If you want mountains, head west." I contemplated which city I'd move to when I move here. If I move west eg Innsbruck, I would definitely get stunning ...
