The Broken Boiler Saga

... then wait to see if they could deal with me, but I decided to get there early and was sitting at their gate when the workers arrived. To my surprise and joy the engineer started work on the boiler immediately and had it mended by lunch time, so now I am back on the lovely caravan site in the hills, the sun is shining and when it gets cool enough I am going to take my (well) dog for a walk down by the river. Tomorrow I shall move on, hopefully towards Murcia.

... dance floor surrounded by strange shuffling dance moves..! After two hours of this the drinking and behaviour of 60-90 year old people, it finally beat us and we returned back to Herman but not after a splendid lunch and many giggles...! Still your forgive the absence of any photos as we certainly don't want and reminders of what we saw... Still ...

Stayed on this campsite before in March this year with Mark. It's a great campsite, clean and well laid out, convenient for the town, two supermarkets within 2 mins and the beach 500yards away. The campsite restaurant is a bargain with Sunday Roast €5, happy hour 4-6pm €3.20 for a large glass of wine, pint and a bowl of peanuts... And then there's the Quiz and Bingo nights..! ... 8 months now, and I still feel there is so much more to see and do here. I love my life here, and I can't see me wanting to move on any time soon. Another change this year has been less travelling, more working! I am a hard worker whatever job I may be in, but this year I have saved a lot more for life's neccessities.. rent!
