From there, we headed to the banks of the Lech River and viewed the area where rafters and fishermen lived and worked. Interestingly, Mr. Steve's book pointed out that rafters in the 1500's would take cargo from Italy on it's way to Germany. They'd build massive rafts here and take goods and people to Augsburg! ...

We toured many rooms in the castle primarily focused on the king and queens areas.
