Our last day on Santorini and we awoke to another glorious day so it was hard to leave. After another delicious breakfast served to us by our gracious hosts we thought we'd better have one last walk to take in the views and walk off a little of our breakfast. Impossible to walk it all off. It was tortilla and some kind of pastry as well as grapes and cheese accompanied by the freshly squeezed orange juice and black brewed coffee. We had to be out of our room by ...

... family on the bus once again... With the screaming mother who yelled at everyone in Greek. Once we were off the bus we decided never to ride a bus in Greece again. They hand out cold towels and juice at the entrance of the boat. It never felt so good! We had a fun night bringing out different courses from the buffet instead of going to the dining hall. ... and we arrived in the nick if time as the place was totally full within half an hour or so. Today felt cooler, possibly because we had a genuine breeze today, akin to what you'd get on a NZ beach though we think the day was a bit cooler anyway as was the evening - either that or we have acclimatised a bit. We heard quite a few Aussie accents on the beach, mainly young ones and the talk amongst them was almost universally of how much alcohol they've consumed. There's something ...

... by a simple cell phone call. Everyone was well, including Eric and Lauren in Vietnam (we read their latest travel blog entry! ) It gave us great peace to hear their voices and know that our real life (as opposed to our vacation life) was sweeter than any sight or experience we have had this trip. That is truly a blessing. We finally headed back to our room to get some sleep. Our day tomorrow will begin early with a hotel breakfast and a rental car to take us ...
