Last night attempted our first dining experience and managed to order the food and wine we actually wanted! Chose the right time to be out and about as rain started just after our return to the apartment. Went out for tea at the campsite across the roads' restaurant and got soaked in a thunder storm. Looking forward to a busy day at Playmobile land tomorrow. Fingers crossed for better weather ☀ ...

In the evening sal and I walked across the footbridge to Kamt and walked up the hillside to get a view back across the river to Zell. There was also a festival on which involved beer tents and live music. The music was all in English ranging from Bob Dylan to The ...

... way. After that we all sat back down for dinner. They had prepared some egg noodles, a bunch of different steamed veggies (including white asparagus which is apparently a local dish,) delicious homemade bread, and some kind of fish stew for everyone else. After dinner, we had coffee and ate a mountain of homemade Christmas cookies and chocolates and candied ginger, and then we ate the real dessert: a warm stew of raspberries and cherries with vanilla ice cream ...
