Bled Cream Cake is to die for
... t appreciate the beauty due to the weather but we DID appreciate a hot lunch in a warm restaurant with some nice wine.and a lovely fire. There were 2 bvan loads of us and the other van broke down so our driver ( a lovely young Slovenian man) had to go back and collect them so there were more of us at the end than when we started. We drove back to Ljubljana and ate dinner at the restaurant attached to our hotel as it was easy and we didnt get wet...It wasnt very nice tho

Theoretically if we had a faster car not effected by cross winds and stayed at 130kph (the speed limit), the trip would have taken under 6 hours – we took 8.5 hrs with a half-hour lunch break and another 10 min fuel stop – Helios did well today!
