... touted itself as quite fancy and modern, which it is, but for the price, it is actually not even as good as the budget Ibis in some ways!!! It is very nicely decorated and the lobby area is great with an outdoor courtyard and nice areas for sitting. The colours and décor are also very nice and modern, but the user friendliness is not as good as other places. For example, there are lots of rails and hooks in the room, which I always think other hotels need more of as they are ...

... with wood everywhere and a lovely warm fireplace. It was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon.

It was beginning to get dark which meant it was time for us to leave our cozy hut, we walked back to the car with Kim and Olav and arrived safely home, even with Rhys driving.

We all then helped Elke prepare dinner and we had a lovely evening eating traditional venison ragu and dumplings and drinking wine.

... even we are both not big party people, this is worth going, to see for one all the people, see some of the large horse drawn Brewery wagons, the huge beer tents… to go in and listen to the oh so German humbaba Music… wow what a turn on. Even better admiring the waitresses and waiters when the carry those large beer mugs ...
