... wear from the flight. After that I went to a nearby cycling shop to pick up some supplies for trip...power gels, drink mixes, CO2 cartridges to fill flats, inner tubes, etc. By the time I got back it was dinner time and we had a nice quiet evening out on the deck and ate a meal of BBQ'ed meat, bread and salad. Of course I also started the hydrating process...beer...then the jet lag started to creep in and I called it a night. Connie wandered to bed a few hours later.

... t too sure. I'm confident sleep and food should resolve it. I ordered turkey with fries while Nadzha had Speiltz with chicken and mushroom. It looked delicious! It was strange because I think it's pasta but I'm not too sure it it is. We left and walked to the train station. We found it slight challenging. We couldn't get a direct train to our place. We had to catch the U11 then change to the U1. We caught the train home and then walked home. It was a 10 minute walk ...
