We toured the cemetery by St. Peter's church and ...

Someone stole my umbrella from the storage area! The palace was only partially finished and what was completed was extremely ornate. The grand ballroom was a replica of the one in Versailles and was full of mirrors and chandeliers. Website ...

... a couple of kilometers and very scenic. She also said it should only take us about an hour to walk around the water and it was a great place to picnic.

Great…okay, we like picnics and easy(ish) hikes so we went for it. When we arrived by car, we opted to just leave our picnic lunch in the cooler in the car and do the hike and come back for lunch. Sure we were hungry, but hey, we could wait an hour and do the hike first…

Well it turns out ...
