... very funny. They were these two gorgeous sisters in their 80s who had moved to Berri in S.A. in 1958 and lived there and then moved to Adelaide when their children went to Uni. They were back in Greece visiting a cousin. We had a lovely chat to them and they were so happy that we were from Australia too!

I remembered some of the coastline from when I passed through nearly 40 years ago. We ...

We viewed the ‘hidden churches’, a collection of about 20 Byzantine structures, camouflaged in the form of barns from the invading Moslem Turks.

We then journeyed east to the port city of Kavala (ancient Neapolis), once named "Christoupolis" after being the first ...

    ... given.

Also, Lydia is an important example in hospitality. She recognized that Paul, Luke, and Silas were travelers and were servants of God and she wanted to honor them by having them stay at her house and to provide food and accommodations. It is apparent when a believer has been genuinely touched by the Lord and the good news and their heart has been made new. An unexplainable sense of gratitude and appreciation fills ones soul and they realize that they have ...
