Day 13 - up to a snowy lookout in the Czech Rep
... too bad for walking in the snow so I was having fun walking through it. I probably looked like a little kid, fascinated by the snow. I was shaking it off trees, wiping it off twigs, stomping on it, squeezing it in my hands, throwing it and wiping it from the rails along the road. We then got back to the car and headed to another hill which was lower down, it was a special place for skiing but hadn't had much snow yet so they had a machine making artificial snow. ...
Day 12 - some time in the snow!
... through the snow and it felt magical (I've been using the word a lot, but it's the best way to describe) as it sprinkled onto my face. The houses all had thick layers of snow covering their roofs, where some of then the snow had slid down where they may have been cooking. The edges of the roof also had icicles dripping off of them.
