    ... till about 5:30 and then headed back to the hostel. While I waited for dinner, while the others siestaed, I went up to the terrace and read. It was so nice and relaxing up there. It was relaxing being away from city life and just enjoying the sounds of nature. The we had another amazing dinner that included some sort of zuchinni and mushroom dish, some sort of focaccia dish, and and incredible fruit cup! Man ...

    ... and have a leisurely lunch of beers and Pizza, at the beach side bar, where the waitress sang happy birthday, when I bought my giant banana split. We have more conversation with her today, in a mixture of English, Spanish and French, and learn she is in fact Romanian.

    We get ourselves out on our bicycles before it becomes too hot. It is in my mind to try cycling along the coast on minor roads / tracks to Peniscola, which according to my calculations is about ten miles north of where we are.
