Left padova train to Verona from there suppose to be a fast train to Bolzano, yes it broke down so were put on normal fast regional train, bugger, only ended up 30mins longer somehow normally 90 mins. As if we havent had enough of trains, we decided to take another one to the nearby Bolzano for a day trip. Tridentum- hidden city under Trento

Found an excavation under the modern city - 2 decades ago they found the old Roman city of Tridentum and turned the excavations into a museum. We were the only ones there AND we got in for free!
