... is very green and has lots of green space and parks that everyone uses so they have a neat vibe to. I finally went to a countries national museum, man these countries are so old compared to nz. copenhagen has a theme park named tivoli right in town it is one if the oldest in the world and its 100yr old rollercoaster still has the break man sitting in the rollercoaster with you. nice and short blog this time but I loved this city I will be back.
... is huge and very busy. We have a few hours to kill so a good chance to catch up on our mail while we wait. $12.00 for two hot chocolates so it could've expensive wait. ... straight to the amusement park called Tivoli gardens. The them park was not like sixflags or Disneyland. It was filled with culture, beautiful flowers and gut-wrenching rides. There we're beers from Germany inside the park, a palace that looked like the tashmahal and tiny Danish kids running around. We walked around just laughing to each other. ... in home-made Lemon Hollandaise with tiny potatoes - Nut pie with rhubarb 'mousse' What a great day, it it was only a few hours!!! Walking the embankment I realised how much I have missed living by the sea, not consciously, of course, but deep down. Maybe it is time for a change altogether, though Munich undoubtedly has it's charm! Since the forecast rain is likely going to set in overnight, tomorrow will be the museum day. Not that there is a lack of them ...
