... the major venues for the 1992 Olympics and now according to the audio on the Hop On Hop Off bus is the liveliest place in Barcelona at night. So we wanted to have a look. We happened to see a cycle tuk tuk and for 14 euros he took us to Port Olimpic. Our cyclist was from Peru and we chatted much of the way. His cycle had a small electric motor to assist the peddling. The mountain is historic for the discovery of the Black Madonna in a cave. A monastery was developed and now pilgrims travel to see the Madonna. We were told the face has been blackened as a result of candle smoke. The monastery is also famous for the boys, They have to leave ...

... avenues. No one else was there at 3 pm but the offering was superb, the best, and a great finish.

We decided to walk through our proposed metro-to-Renfe way to the airport. Once we had realised the proposed way was too far and too complex we spoke to a helpful metro dude who came up with a simpler route for us to take. We returned via the tunnels and metros to our flat,
turned on the heater and prepared ourselves and our stuff.

Tomorrow we take the plane home.
