Upon arriving at Heathrow we said our goodbyes as Tania went to join her big brother and little nieces and headed to Reading, while Steve also went to meet his big brother and little nieces, somewhere in France. A bus on the forever-delayed M25, a train to the south coast and onto a ferry, Steve went to the bar, got a beer and at 23:45 UK time wished himself a Happy Birthday. One which had lasted 27 hours ...

... club but I am wrong. The shower facility is in the North Lounge. Plus, I am told, they have there a secure luggage storage facility. That means, yes, you guessed it, I can get a walk in. Off I go from South to North.

The nice lady takes both my backpacks and I am back out the door. Heathrow's Terminal Five is full of shopping opportunities including a very well equipped Apple Store inside another terminal store. It is not great for walking but ...
