Swimming, sailing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, going to a water park, getting stung by sea anenemies, watching the locals light a massive bonfire and set off firecrackers in the street. You name it.

We had such a great time and I wish we could have stayed longer, but travelling without family and simply with schoolfriends was completely brilliant, especially in somewhere as awesome as ...

Well, this week I found out I'm f*%king fluent in English. ... the centre of town. However, the place that we find, about a mile along, is brilliant! We have a fantastic meal of freshly grilled seafood for a very affordable price. During the rest of our short stay, we find the hotel staff to be really helpful and friendly and enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast with lots of local ingredients and classical music playing in the background. We love this place! Next time we'll make a longer ...

On Saturday, I woke up around 7 so that I could take a metro to the train station. At the train station I, along with about 20 other people, bought a ticket to a small town on a peninsula called Peñíscola. It was around a 2 hour train ride to get to a neighboring town called Benicarlo. From that station, we had to walk about 10 minutes to get to a bus stop, which had a 20 minute bus ...
