Manly is a busy, cool beach town. We are staying in a quaint little house that is about a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the ferry that takes you into Sydney's central business district.

... just hanging out with a coffee. We have started the long, hard, and slow path to fitness; running, swimming, gym, plenty of walking and a whole heap of people-watching.
