The very wet calm before the storm.....

A travel blog entry by 2legs2wheels

... not the planned 2 and having a reception desk that could speak English fluently would prove essential in navigating our way through the upcoming storm.

Our arrival at the Shangri-La was more than comical because for the last 3 hours of our drive, the heavens, which had already been dousing us, decided to deluge us instead. It was the sort of rain that you expect to last 10 minutes before the clouds, now empty, peal back to reveal the sun and ...

Panda's are a bit fussy when it's mating time, so at the zoo they help with artifical insemination, when nothing seems to be happening - Panda's can have a fake pregnancy too.

When they have the baby (one or two), the mother either knows how to look after it or some ...

You only look forward to what is ahead. At the moment, traveling is my medicine. If I don't travel, I think I will stagnate and rot away.

I said goodbye to my Dad this afternoon. He walked me to ...
