... walk than thought, then long wait for bus, then traffic, making return home much later than planned with only 30 odd minutes to pack, change etc and to Bethnal Green tube stop. Anna and Nick make enquiries re small limo to the tube, and with only £7 fee agree this is easiest esp with rain threatening!!!! Huge day, started with a failed attempt to buy croc's. Nothing in my size surprise.. Then a walk along East Coast to the East Coast Lagoon hawker for old times sake. Good food and good memories at this place. Got caught up in a Singapore thunder storm and down pour. Evening was amazing, caught up with Tim & Jasmine for dinner and a night on the town. First stop great dumplings then off to Singapore Turf Club followed by some Latin dancing at Cuba Libre. Home around ...
