We wait for them an hour at a time for the bus, so they can wait 10 minutes for fries. :) It has been a battle at times spreading our wings. Of course, all most all of these cuisines can be found in most provinces and have influenced each other over time. So the next time you eat Chinese, unless you are eating at a buffet, pay attention to what you are eating. :)
P.S. The Chinese would not like PF Chang or Peiwei; the sweetness would make them sick.

... takes around 5-10 minutes and is a way for the Chinese to chat with their friends. Traditionally they do not drink tea because they are thirsty, but because they want to show respect to their friends.

Jackson had the opportunity to make tea and go learned how to do all of the steps. It is a very complex way to make a beverage! The kids enjoyed the tea, a green tea, and everything that goes into ...
