      In the Land of Schnitzel

A travel blog entry by jamesbutrico on Mar 14, 2015

That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp! I had looked at the seating plan online and googled images. Nothing prepared me for feeling like a canned sardine. It got me to wonder. Is this ...

... here, so much to read and see.
      Now 2 and hungry !
And thirsty. On our way around the entire perimeter of Red Dot Museum, one of our party spotted a cafe, but another said there was one at our destination. We are yet to find it! So we spent another couple of hours being absorbed by great design against the 4 story of boiler house machinery. Got back to the car after 4 and shared the last of our Edam, and the loot we uplifted from breakfast. 3 of us ended up ...
