... few extra seats here and there, so the wee one was able to stretch out. Transat is many things, but generous in the seat/ legroom department they are not...unless you are in Club Class, where the (only) 20 leather seats have ample legroom, for which 6'1" Josh was thankfull. It's more than worth the addional $200 fee. But you have to be super fast to book because EVERYBODY naturally wants Club Class! At least I was able to book 2 of our 4 seats, for The Long ...
Home At Last
... greeted with a tremendous rain storm - just like most of the other towns we visited in Europe - nice to have everything the same:)
It was also nice to roll down our driveway and see the lawn mowed, flower baskets hanging, and everything tidy - thanks Bev - appreciate all that you did!
Henry is in on cloud nine with being back at work, touching base with business owners in Peace River and looking forward to working on his cars. Me - ...
And We're Off
... Lufthansa flight bound for Frankfurt, Germany. With our aeroplan point system we were able to fly first class and - oh my gosh - everyone should have the opportunity to experience Lufthansa First Class at least once in their lives. Champagne and cucumber cups stuffed with smoked salmon and caviar to start, then a beautiful meal, dessert, wine, etc. Pajamas, slippers, socks, toiletery ...

Leaving for South America
Next week we will be leaving for a trip to South America. We will be going with friends to the Galapagos Islands, on a boat cruise to several islands to see some of the most increcible animals in the world! Then we fly to Cusco, Peru to begin a 4-day trek on the Inca Trail. This will be a challenge as we will slowly climb to 12,000 ft.! ...
