Before I left Camp Verde, I called the local Forest Service office. Mary, who answered, told me to stop by and she'd help me find a campground on the Mogollon Rim (Mogoyon). I drove through town and found the FS. She actually didn't know anything about the Rim Country, but gave me two FS phone numbers. Neither of these women were at all helpful and seemed irritated that I had asked. Sheesh!

... 2-0 in the brand new University of Phoenix stadium. Great game, great stadium, and...yes, great crowd. While we were outnumbered 4-1 by fans of Mexico they were great fans. It was the largest crowd to ever watch a soccer match in Arizona with over 62,000. Phoenix also had the warmest temperatures we've had so far, the low 80's.
