... We all went in the lake which was really nice. Although Emma was unsure whether it was clean enough to swim in asking how often they clean the lake, Katie responded 'maybe they drain it'... They both got over their fear of dirty lake water and swam as it was too hot not to. Left about 6pm and got the tram back to town. Shout out to Emma for getting us back all the way to the centre as the tram broke down. Her map reading skills are becoming borderline impressive. ...

Well we made it. After a long plane ride we changed planes in Frankfurt Germany ( Goliath of an airport! ) and made into Zagreb Croatia about 3pm local time (+9hours for Sesttle-ites) .. Customs was a breeze and we were in a taxi to the city in no time . We walked into our room an basically face planted on the bed for 2 hours... ... expect in a business and residential district of a capital. Not to attractive and very busy. I was amazed at the graffiti in this city. I actually like graffiti, to a point, but it was everywhere, even on the rooftop walls and sidewalks. I guess it added to its character. I arrived early so I couldn't check in yet, but since I only had one day here, I gave my pack to the hotel to hold, and I was off.
