      ... enjoyed the sunshine and feel no sadness with leaving tomorrow morning! Would I recommend it to fellow-travellers? I’m not sure – if you want to visit just to “tick that box”, then go for it! But, it is part of Russia, so it requires the complicated Russian Visa, though for holders of an EU Passport, you can get a 3-day Transit Visa, which is more than enough time!

      As there was only three trains a day to out next destination - Klaipėda, at the inconvenient times of 6am, 9am and 5pm each day - which would cause a problem if we were to miss it.
